These terms apply specifically to job seeker accounts, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. Creating a job seeker account means you agree to both.
Your profile — experience, skills, education, portfolio links, and any other information you add — must accurately represent you. Don't claim credentials, experience, or authorization to work that you don't have.
When you apply to a posting, the application materials and profile information relevant to that role are shared with the employer for their hiring process. We review sensitive profile changes and job postings, but we don't control individual hiring decisions and can't guarantee an employer will respond to any application.
Listing a profile or applying to jobs through RAEFORM doesn't guarantee an interview, offer, or placement. We aren't a party to any employment relationship that results from a job board connection — that relationship is between you and the employer.
If a job posting looks fraudulent, discriminatory, or misleading, or an employer's conduct violates our Community Guidelines, use the Report Listing option or contact raeformtoday@gmail.com. We review reports and may remove listings or suspend employer accounts.
Employers can see the profile and application information relevant to roles you apply to. You control what's on your public profile, and can update or remove it at any time from your dashboard.
We may suspend or ban a job seeker account for misrepresenting your background, harassment of employers, or other violations of our Community Guidelines or Terms & Conditions.
We may update these Candidate Terms from time to time. Continued use of your job seeker account after an update means you accept the revised terms.
