We collect information you give us directly: your name, email, phone number, and any details you add to a contact form, booking request, job application, or client profile. If you sign up for an account, we store your role, verification status, and the profile details you fill in.
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, deliver the services you've asked for, run the job board (matching applicants with employers who post roles), send the newsletter if you subscribe, and keep the site secure and working correctly.
We do not sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Job seeker and employer profiles are visible to each other where the job board's normal operation requires it. For example, an employer can see the profile of someone who applied to their posting. Fields marked internal (like admin notes) are never shown publicly.
We may share limited information with the service providers that keep this site running (hosting, database, and email delivery), only as needed to operate those services, and never for their own use.
We keep account and profile data for as long as your account is active, and client communication records for as long as reasonably needed to support the working relationship. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
