Employer Responsibilities

Employers are responsible for lawful listings, accurate role and compensation details, authorized account use, candidate communications, and hiring compliance.

Candidate Data

Candidate information may be used only for legitimate WorkWell recruitment and hiring purposes and must be protected from unauthorized access or reuse.

Listings and Enforcement

WorkWell may review, decline, pause, or remove listings and employer access when verification, safety, legality, or platform integrity is at risk.
